Primrose Lane is a secured assisted living, memory care unit – with 24 private residential suites at Saint Antoine Community. This newly developed expansion will address a growing need for affordable memory care and offer a beautiful blend of privacy, safety, and community in a warm and familiar environment.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

Is there a doctor staffed 24/7?

There is always a medical professional on site 24/7.  A medical director/physician is available for consult on an as needed basis and for routine scheduled appointments.

What type of security do you have in place?

Access to Primrose Lane requires a key code and/or badge swipe by registered a Saint Antoine Community employee. Unannounced guests and visitors can ring the front doorbell and be escorted in by a Primrose Lane staff member. Anyone coming/going without the key code and/or badge will sound the elopement alarm.

What essentials does my loved one need to bring in order to live there?

The following items are recommended for your loved one’s comfort: Bed [no larger than a twin or full bed], Bureau [no larger than 60” wide and 50” tall], Nightstand, Chair/Recliner [no larger than 32” wide], TV [no larger than 40”], Laundry Basket, Bed linens, Towels, and Family Photos.

What is the medication administration process?

All medications will be administered by a CMT, LPN, or RN as instructed by a physician. A licensed medical professional will be onsite 24 hrs/day and will manage all medication needs. 

Can I take my loved one out for the day?

Yes, of course you can take your loved one out for the day. Just be mindful that all residents must be signed out by a responsible party and the nursing department must be notified with 24hrs notice in the event that medications need to be packaged.
