At Easy Street Rehab, we strive to ease the recovery and rehabilitation process by providing an environment where residents feel at home. We are committed to providing skilled and  compassionate care with outstanding results.

Upon arrival, our interdisciplinary team will welcome you and develop a personalized therapy plan that will suit your needs and get you home as soon as possible. Your personalized therapy plan will focus on increasing your overall strength, endurance, activities of daily living, and anything else you may need in order to achieve your goal of returning home.

By the end of the first week, our multidisciplinary team, comprising nursing, therapy, and social work professionals, will meet with you to discuss your progress and if there is a need to modify your personalized care plan.

Our beautiful gym features state-of-the-art equipment to help make rehabilitation therapy more engaging and effective.

“Easy Street” offers a real-life simulation of a characteristic city block with all the challenges a person will encounter after rehab, including an apartment to prepare for life’s daily tasks. Its various modules include a Honda Accord (modified by New England Technical Institute), a model TD Bank ATM, storefront shopping, and a variety of city-like walking surfaces. “Easy Street” gives rehab patients the opportunity to practice everyday skills in a safe, therapeutic environment.
