Toni was a resident on “East Street” for 354 days! Her journey was a challenging one – as she faced many setbacks and unexpected hurdles along the way. But with the daily support from our amazing therapists (and “cheerleaders”), Toni persevered and graduated!
As a gesture of her immense gratitude – Toni gifted a beautiful clock to “Easy Street,” that has since been hung, and will serve as a daily reminder of the journey they shared together!
