Saint Antoine Community is excited to announce “The Mezzanine” Assisted Living Memory Care, has officially been relocated and renamed “Primrose Lane” Assisted Living Memory Care. The capacity for care will increase from 8 to 24 residents and will be appropriately moved to the first floor of The Residence at Saint Antoine (10 Rhodes Avenue, North Smithfield).

Primrose Lane’s open concept design, offers an expansive living space for residents to safely roam and wander – while providing an increased opportunity for socialization and activity engagement.

There are a myriad of common areas for residents to enjoy, including: three living rooms, two sunrooms/porches, a movie center, café with daily baked goods, game room, library, chapel, hair salon, private function room, large congregate dining/activity space, and secured outdoor courtyard (with paved walking path). All the interior design elements were carefully selected to enrich the atmosphere, while providing a calm and comforting environment.

The twenty-four private resident suites showcase a selection of bright and airy colors and feature a picturesque view of either The Saint Antoine Residence Gardens or The Courtyard at Primrose Lane. Each suite offers individual heat and air conditioning control, flat-screen television mount, storage closets, an emergency alert system, landline telephone hookup, WI-FI, and handicap accessible bathrooms with walk-in shower.

This newly developed expansion will address a growing need for affordable memory care and offer a beautiful blend of privacy, safety, and community in a warm and familiar environment. With the addition of Primrose Lane at Saint Antoine Community, the continuum of care will further expand, while enriching the lives of those in need of memory support.

As a ministry of The Diocese of Providence, Saint Antoine Community has always been a Rhode Island leader in the long-term care industry, through new trend ingenuity and quality care initiatives. Saint Antoine Community’s Mission follows a tradition of caring since 1913; “To meet the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of older adults and their families by providing excellent care by compassionate individuals.”
